What is Virus, Worm and Trojans?
Hello friends welcome to The BharamGyani's blog. In this Article we learn about Virus, Worms and Trojans and how to differentiate them.
They all are part of Malware. Malware means a malicious software or program which is made by a programmer or hacker to do abnormal activities in the computer system like corrupt the data deleting tha file etc.
Virus
Virus is a very common type of Malware. They are unwanted program who has a ability to harm the system, data and also hardwares. Viruses are those computer codes which are attached to other executable file that's why they can be executed when victim click on Viruses attached file. Virus has no replicating power and also don't have ability to travel one place to another without human aid. Virus will tranfer via USB devices and Emails etc.
Worms
Worms also a type of Malware. Mostly they are similar like viruses but some characteristics different. Worm has ability to travel in the network Without any human aid. They are coming cause of vulnerability in the system. They has ability to replicate itself without human intervention thus rate is very high that's why they more powerful and dangerous then virus. They eat the files and data sometimes they eat whole system and system through the error "OPERATING SYSTEM NOT FOUND ".
Trojans
Trojans are in list of dangerous malware. They also known as RAT (Remote Administrative Tool). They are more dangerous for your privacy. They are the programs which is combined with any other data like photo, music and mostly with applications. When the victim click on the Trojans infected data trojan create a backdoor in the background of the system or device by using hacker who sent this trojen to victim can take access to device without any victim permission. After creating a backdoor they leak all information and data to hacker. They are mostly and commonly found in mobile devices, when victim download any applications from unknown sources Trojans comes and created backdoor in the background. For prevent form it user always has to close unknown sources settings.
